Andrew,  Wisconsin  - Thank you for all of your help with the situation that took place. I received my new Gallien-Krueger amp in the mail yesterday and it is working flawlessly. I felt a little uneasy when this whole situation occurred. My thoughts were that an Internet company probably has so many customers that it isn't very personal but you have changed my mind. Spike,  California  - I'm not nearly as likely to use a site that does not have a search function. For instance, I'm looking for Nearfield monitors, but if I don't know the brands, then I'm out of luck.

Although there is no search function, we have set a few things in place to help folks out.

The Browse by Brand page lists all gear by manufacturer.
There is also a listing of all manufacturers at the bottom of all the pricing pages.
And everyone is welcome to call us at our toll free number - 877.222.7457 - if they cannot locate an item. Our reps know gear and won't drop you into a telephone hold abyss. Cause that would be rubbing cheez on your neck and we won't do it!

Jonah,  Massachusetts  - I just got the Parker Nitefly today... I must say, I am totally blown away.. I have four other Parker's, a Deluxe, Classic, Artist and Hardtail... all the neck through USA models, and this Nitefly sounds better than any one of them. It sounds 20x better unplugged than any other ones, on clean, deep and warm, everything I wanted my others to sound like, and I like the fatter neck better anyways.. I am blown away that you guys charge so little. This guitar beats anything I've ever played.. I have not one complaint about any single aspect of it. Thanks so much for the great deal.. Let me know when you get another one in, I might buy another!

Mike, California  - I thought I'd let you know ... A week ago today, I called RiksMusic and ordered a dbx 2215 EQ. Your price was $30 less than another big chain store, and there's no tax and no shipping charges, so I saved over $60. Riks sent it UPS ground, and the shipping notice said the anticipated delivery date was May 13th (today). It was in my office at 9:10 am today. No muss, no fuss. Riks salesman was very pleasant and helpful. UPS did what they said they'd do. So it CAN happen, if your karma is properly adjusted. I'll definitely buy more stuff from Rik. Thanks for a pleasant on-line buying experience. I get a big kick out of that.

Todd, South Carolina  - About a week ago, I finally decided on a Roland Fantom keyboard to satisfy a long-held desire to dive deeper into MIDI music. I found your website on the Internet using one of the many search engines and contacted you for a price quotation. A gentleman named Erik contacted me almost immediately with a quotation. Over the next week, we exchanged emails many times, with Erik answering questions I had about the keyboard, various options, etc. He even offered a "blemished" model (slightly scratched) at a reasonable discount over a new one. This morning, I called, spoke with Erik, and concluded the transaction for the Fantom, a pedal and a keyboard stand. In a nutshell, the entire experience was fantastic!

I'm a senior manager with a national public bank. As such, I have a great deal of experience with customer service, e-mail, etc. Prompt e-mail (and telephone) responses are rare in the Internet age today. It's refreshing to find someone who will answer questions, offer opinions, provide options (even when they may represent *less* money than the original request.) In my opinion, when a company opens an Internet store front, the measure of success should be how closely the experience marries actually being IN the store. You have succeeded where few do! You have provided a level of service that will not only bring me back for future purchases, but will ensure that I tell those I know about you also!
