Alex,  Florida - I just wanted to say how grateful I am for your attentiveness and personal commitment. I got my Fantom X6 in brand new condition for way less than in any other store, and believe me I looked around. I even got the package a day ahead of scheduled delivery. Alex,  Texas  - Hey guys just wanted to say you guys are really kicking some butt over there. Never have I had such good treatment and prompt service from an online retailer. I placed an order for the preamp around 2:30 your time and even though it was in the afternoon my order still went out the same day, I received the tracking number a couple hours later, and received a follow up email a day later thanking me for my business. It doesn't get any better than that. I think I placed the order through Erik who was very knowledgeable and polite on the phone as well. You've made a customer for life!

Mark,  Pennsylvania  - Thank you for your great service. As you know there are plenty of company's that say they will beat any quote. Some of my friends were tempted to take those companies up on their offer rather than take gear from you.
