Dean,  California   - Dean actually wrote us in November, but this was a surprise - So far I'm pretty happy with your company and this is a Christmas present (Ultrasone Headphones) for my wife and sometimes we open our presents waaaaaayy early so as soon as she hears them perform I'll have something to say because I know these are going to be nice sounding earphones, the nicest we've ever owned. They're going to defend me from the airborne "combat assaults" on my much more highly developed "ears" that her choice of music does when it attacks my much more sensitive and discriminating ears each and every night.

Now she can pollute herself and leave me in blissful silence! I'm going to be the happiest purchaser you firm will have ever sold a set of earphones to, I assure you! I will use them at night as well, long after she's asleep and will no longer have to barely hear my vastly superior straight ahead jazz music just so she can sleep. I can listen at any volume I choose to!

Donna and Tommy,  Mississippi   - I was VERY impressed with your company regarding our recent order of a set of Roland drums. Your customer service department did a fabulous job getting quotes to me as well as answering some specific questions that I had. There was a problem with processing my bank debit card, but Clark stayed in contact with me and we got it worked out after a few tries. I was also especially impressed with your prices. We definitely saved money over what we would have spent locally and even at (another online store). Impressive! Thanks so much for providing an excellent service and products at a fair price!

Bob,  Vermont  - Thanks for the update. I did track my order and it's currently in Virginia, scheduled to be delivered Friday... just in time for the weekend. You folks had the best price going for what I was looking for, free shipping and the guy I spoke with when placing my order was very informative and friendly so that'll get my business every time.

Paul,  New Orleans - My Gallien-Krueger amplifier arrived at my address in New Orleans in three days and in great shape. Even bills usually take a week post Katrina! Price was the best by far. Thanks Erik

Joe,  West Virginia - I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the great service! I ordered a ROLAND GR-20 Guitar Synthesizer on Monday (Nov. 21) kind of late into the afternoon. I told the sales person I'd really like to have the synth by Wednesday so I'd have it to play with over my 4 day Thanksgiving break, and if I didn't get it by Wednesday, I'd have to wait till next Monday. The sales person I talked to understood and he said he'd try to rush it on over and get it out THAT DAY so it would be to me by Wednesday. Then you all sent me a UPS tracking number so I could follow my package... and sure enough, it got to me Wednesday evening!! Not only that, the sales person I talked to was super nice, and very helpful.

The gear arrives... Got my shipment yesterday...on time and in great shape. Plugged into that little Gallien-Krueger MB112 combo and promptly had my mind blow by the sound coming out of it...and that was before I hooked up the MBX...Holy basstone Batman !!!

Stan,  Washington - I purchased an Allen & Heath GL3300 from you in Feb/Mar. It is now installed and I wanted to tell you what it pleasure it is to operate. It is in a church environment and the first roll out was Easter. We received several comments as to the improvement wrought but perhaps the most telling was the one person who said that it sounded so nice that I forgot you were even back there running things. Again, thank you for your assistance and input on this purchase.
