Joshua, Massachusetts - The amp arrived last Thursday. The second box did what it was supposed to (protect the inside box). I like it that you guys open the factory boxes and inspect the contents. The cover is much more than I expected and the amp kicks. I am replacing a 20 year old mini brute and the difference is night and day.

The only thing that isn't "right" is that there was no owner's manual. I downloaded one from GK, but if it is sitting on a table in the warehouse, I would appreciate it if you would forward it to me.

I am very impressed with your company and service. I worked in a music store (same vintage as the mini brute) and the customer service of that time is long gone. Your quoting system is first rate and "warmed up" the on line buying experience.

Frank, Pennsylvania - I recently purchased a powered mixer from you and just wanted to say how pleased I am with the entire transaction. The product was backordered, but arrived a few weeks earlier than promised, in perfect condition, and at a significantly lower price than most other stores. I would recommend your store to anyone, a class act from start to finish!!!

Tom, Virginia - I'm the guy who called with the bad sounding neo 115 bass cab. You suggested I check to see if a wire was vibrating against the speaker cone. It was!! I fixed it easily. Thanks for the great service. It's cool when someone actually knows what they're talking about.

Mick, New Jersey - Just wanted to let you folks know that FedEx delivered the TD-20 module (and mount) on time for the overnight shipping . Thanks for getting it here to me on time. You folks are great to deal with!

Jeff,  Oklahoma - I wish you success, but not too much! I don't want RMC to get so big that this way of doing business goes away. When I saw that your list prices were the other online store "discount prices", it certainly got my blood pumping!

Emil,  Texas   - I wanted to send you guys a note and thank you for the great deal on the GK bass amp. I couldn't have hoped for a price this low, and for such excellent customer service and prompt shipping and delivery. To be honest, I almost forgot to write, because I've been busy with the new amp, loving every minute of it. It's an excellent piece of equipment. Patrick,  Virginia - Thank you very much!! FWIW, I continue to come back to RMC because the customer service is excellent, the shipping is rapid, and the prices are better than anywhere else. In a free market economy, it seems to me that you folks are doing it right. What I don't understand is why more people don't know about you. I stumbled upon you accidentally awhile ago but have returned because each time I do business with you it has been great.

Oh yeah - one other thing I don't understand - this little quote on your emails and website: "*We're not rubbing cheez on your neck by adding you to a mailing list. " I reckon this isn't an East Coast thing -- cuz I can truthfully say that I've never heard the phrase "rubbing cheez on your neck" before. It is catchy - that's for sure, but leaves me a tad perplexed. And a little wary of what might be lurking on my sandwiches.

In any case, thanks for doing everything right.

You guys helped me complete my system. Sorry for not finding out about you guys sooner. Patrick,  Virginia  - Thanks very much for the update and the info. I'd ordered one other item from RMC awhile ago and was very happy with the service and the price. I think you all do a terrific job. This gear is for my son who is graduating from Full Sail in May with a degree in Recording Arts. We wanted to start equipping his home-based rig.

Your prices ran consistently lower than anyone else's and from my past experience -- your shipping/delivery time is quite fast. I'm sure we'll be back to order other items. Thanks very much for providing great gear at excellent prices in concert with personal service.

Tom,  Florida  - I've done business with Riks Music in the past and it has always been a pleasure working with Rik and Erik. Price is certainly important for many folks, but service is paramount for me and that's what keeps me coming back. You have continued to streamline your business over the past several years and the improvements are very much appreciated.

Tom,  California  - Just wanted to let you know I received both the Yamaha S90ES and FC3 foot pedal today - ONE DAY EARLY! I just ordered it on Friday of last week. Both were brand new and in perfect condition. The S90ES is a large and heavy keyboard and it was double-boxed with extra padding. I am extremely happy with your company and your service.

Steve,  Delaware  - I am a new customer, and I have to say - I have never experienced customer service on a level like this. You folks just keep amazing me - I was shopping for edrums. Kept seeing RMC Audio mentioned over and over again on numerous music forums, as highly recommended. Now I see why.

So here it was, last Saturday morning. Was trying to find the best price online (who doesn't?) but whom I deal with is just as important. Lowest price often carries lousy or nonexistent service and support. I had seen enough recommendations to go visit your site and look around. I was finally down to a few choices and sent a request for a quote. Being Saturday, I didn't expect a response until sometime Monday.

Blew me away to have a quote in my inbox two hours later. On a Saturday? And the price! Wow - So I went back and looked some more and requested another quote on the higher up models. Again, got a response a few hours later. And I'm thinking - don't these folks take a break on weekends? Most impressed with this. So I placed my order, and received email confirmation an hour later.

Then I heard from Clark on Tuesday, indicating they had sold out of the model I had ordered, but another shipment was coming into the warehouse on Thursday, and the drums would be shipped out that day. Now running out of stock isn't anything new to me, or particularly eventful. It was a bit of a disappointment, but again, I was contacted, and had the issue and the resolution explained to me. I didn't have to start emailing to say where's my stuff? - you communicated with me. That right there meant a lot to me. I replied to Clark, and he responded within two hours (and this was after 6 pm).

I actually received the tracking numbers from FedEx last night (another wow), and now your wonderful email today. So I can register my purchase from your site? Awesome! And I will be checking out your forum.

I remember getting service like this, when I was a kid. My parents would take me into little shops in the city (talking 40 years ago). The owner was happy to see you and you felt like the most important person in the world with the service you got. I haven't felt like that in a very long time.

I honestly can't think of any way you could better serve me, this has been such a wonderful experience for me. I will be back, and my friends will hear of this, as well as the forums where I post. You folks are amazing - whoever is running the show truly understands the concept of Customer Service. Everyone I've dealt with has been most professional and courteous.

I'm sorry for going on so much, but I wanted you to know how much I appreciate the service and to sincerely thank you all for doing such an outstanding job.

Kevin,  West Virginia  - I live in a remote area and I do not have access to any decent music stores. Therefore, I have been buying all my music gear online for a few years. Typically I have used other big name Internet music suppliers which is fine as long as you order what their website has to offer. I recently decided to purchase a Hart Dynamics drum kit. Nobody would help me. I literally tried 25 other sites until I found RMC audio. I requested a quote and it was returned early the next day. I ordered and the equipment arrived a few days later as quoted. Basically RMC audio delivered in a few days a product that (another online music store) wanted 6-8 weeks to deliver and others would not even attempt. To add icing to the cake the price was significantly lower. I highly recommend using RMC audio for online musical gear purchases to all my friends now.

Jeff,  Virginia   - Received item on time- Best price I found, and trust me, I searched the entire web. Ordered a "blem" Keyboard, which I am very happy with. I can hardly notice the damage. Thanks a lot - will shop RMC again soon.

I saw these Ultrasone headphones at the NAMM show last week and my partner and I were extremely pleased with what we heard. Looking around the shops here though after coming home, it turned out that most did not have Ultrasone items in stock. Online also, it seemed many places did not have them in stock. Those who did have stock were holding the line in terms of pricing.

Not only did RMC have what I was looking for but their pricing was far better than anyone out there and shipping was free. I stumbled upon your site by accident and discovered a valuable resource. I will be back! Thanks again.

David,  Florida   - Just wanted to let you know that everything arrived today in pristine condition. Set it up tonight and wow it is a blast to play ! Thanks again for going the "extra mile" with my transaction. I will definitely make sure some of my friends get some quotes from you guys rather than the tradition online music stores. I was skeptical (as I always am with a new business with prices that seem too good to be true) but consider me a fan now !

Steve,  Nebraska  - Thanks to all of you for the great service, the phone call to let me know the status of my shipment and the great deal on the Yamaha 01v96! The console arrived in just a couple of days. The drop-shipped snake made it by Friday so I was able to test and install it Saturday. I hooked up the new console Sunday morning just in time for church service and the audio ran without a hitch. From order to service in less than a week!

Meanwhile, the mics and cables I ordered from Ebay were shipped to the wrong state. I don't expect to see these packages for at least another week or two. And my order from (another online dealer) has partially arrived. The preamp has been delayed another 10 days. It was said to be in stock the day I ordered it. As you can see, you have no worthy competition in the service department!

Alan,  Massachusetts   - Just a quick follow-up regarding my recent purchase from RMC audio. Carlos,  Florida   - I wanted to thank you for the order I received yesterday. I finally received my new MOTIF ES7 and I am more than satisfied with the whole process. The pricing, service, response, delivery and care of the package was greater than any service I have received thus far for any high-end music electronic product I have ordered.

This purchase was made to compensate for a botched order which I had placed through eBay and destroyed through UPS. It took nearly two (2) months to settle the whole matter and can finally settle down to my new MOTIF and put the whole process behind me.
