Featuring robust power, efficient operation, impressive specs, and excellent cost per watt performance: Kempton’s KA amplifiers are the perfect power mates for PW and GT sound reinforcement speaker systems. Used in 4-ohm bridged applications the KA 2000 delivers 2000W, the KA 1200 1200W and the KA 800 800W.

The KA Amplifier Series is the result of many hours of testing and performance involving Kempton’s tech staff and users. The results are a sophisticated power amp circuit design featuring high power, superb quality, reliability and stability to provide the highest possible sound performance

Amps with Class
KA 800 and 1200 are feature Class AB design, while KA 2000 is a Class H (2 steps) amp design. The KA Series power amps deliver high fidelity sound quality, high slew rate, wide full range frequency response and extremely low noise.

Features and Controls
Sophisticated protection circuits prevent improper tampering. A variable low noise, high speed fan provides for improved heat dissipation and to prevent thermal shutdowns. Balanced XLR and Jack input connectors. Professional 4-pin speakon and binding posts outputs. Stereo-Parallel-Bridge modes via switch. Selectable clipping control / limiter function switch. Selectable built-in 30Hz low pass filter to protect speaker systems from damage caused by subsonic frequencies. LED indicators for the output balance, as well as LED status indicators of signal (SIG) and clipping (CLIP). 2-unit 19" rack space design for universal rack mount installations.
