FBT Verve 152a
650w, bi-amped 15" LF, 2.5" HF speaker

The FBT Verve Series speakers feature baltic birch plywood construction, covered in a scratch & scuff resistant black paint finish.

The FBT Verve 152a is a two-way design incorporating a B&C 15" low frequency woofer with a neodymium magnet structure and a B&C 2.5" high frequency driver coupled to a rotatable 60°H x 40°V horn.

Thanks to the rotatable HF horns, it is possible to create Horizontal arrays of 3 enclosures for a total coverage of 120° and a Max. SPL of 134dB.

The active internal crossover is at a fixed frequency of 1.6k. With a frequency range of 45Hz - 20kHz, the Verve 152a provides hi fidelity sound for both speech and music applications with a maximum SPL of 125dB. A front face steel grille protects the woofer from external damage.

FBT’s new S.T.E.P. (Soft Trip Electronic Protection) circuitry protects speaker/driver components against failure. The Bi amplified Verve 152a powered speaker features a 500w RMS Class D low frequency amp, and a 150w RMS Class G high frequency amp, both with switch mode power supplies.

The control panel features a master volume control, 3 band EQ with +- 12dB of cut/boost @ 80Hz LF, +- 12dB of cut/boost @ 2.5kHz Midrange,and +- 12 db cut/ boost @ 10kHz, a balanced XLR female Neutrik® input jack, a balanced XLR male link output jack, ground lift switch, LED power on and limiter and protection circuit LED indicators.

The six M -10 fly points built into the cabinets, along with the optional Box 117 mounting brackets allow the Verve 152a speakers to be surface mounted on walls or ceilings. A standard 1-3/8" speaker stand socket allows the Verve 152a to be mounted on speaker stands.
