Event Tuned Reference 8XL
TR8X - 8" Active Monitor

If your monitoring environment requires reproducing high volume levels (or if you just like to crank things up to "11"), then the Tuned Reference 8XL is for you. It uses the same driver and cabinet components as the original TR8, but features two extra powerful amplifiers that delivers a full 150 watts to each monitor (100W to the low frequency driver and 50 watts to the high frequency driver). The TR8XL also incorporates a high-performance toroidal power transformer, which gives the system superior electrical and mechanical noise characteristics.
