Modular Dual-Capsule Cardioid Condenser Studio Mic

The CAD e70 is a dual capsule pencil condenser microphone with an omnidirectional capsule for flat near field and ambience and a cardioid capsule for proximity boost and off-axis rejection.

Featuring a dual high pass filter and dual pad, the e70 condenser has an extended frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, a low noise design, exceptional sensitivity of -38 dBV (13mV) @ 1Pa and the ability to withstand up to 150 dB SPL and rugged construction.

The high pass filter is at 75Hz and 150Hz (6dB per octave), while the pad is at 10dB and 20dB for maximum effectiveness and sonic performance.

Capture your instrumentation with exacting detail. The e70 can be used effectively for acoustic guitars, stringed instruments, and as an overhead microphone for cymbals as well as other various instrument.

Features include field-effect detection, transformerless drive, dual-frequency hi-pass filter and two-position attenuator. Elastic shock mount, stand clamp and windscreen are included. P48 (48V) phantom power is required.
