The e60 features a 16mm, 24K gold sputtered condenser capsule housed in a brass capsule assembly, 4 position hi-pass filter (flat, 40Hz, 80Hz and 120Hz), 20dB pad. CAD's proprietary discrete linear power supply for efficient low noise and linear power regulation, allows greater dynamic range and lower equivalent self-noise

This is a cardioid condenser mic with a frequency response of 30Hz - 20kHz (with low end boost) and a maximum of 138dB SPL (with pad on).
